Job Description:Responsibilities include but are not limited to Paper/Nonwovens Raw Material Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Support, Paper/Nonwovens Raw Material Testing, Product and Process Development, Application Development, and Quality Systems for a diverse group of products. Additional duties may include performing assignments in the areas of Product Testing, QA/QC testing of products, Inspection analysis for raw materials, Research and Development of new Raw Materials along with proper specification development. Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering fields• Minimum 5 years work experience related to paper and/or nonwovens Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Raw Material Evaluations, and Product Development.• Must be willing and able to travel 25-50% depending on business needs Preferred Qualifications:• Degree preferred in paper science, material science, chemical engineering, or related fields.• Advanced Degree in related area• Good understanding of Paper (and/or Nonwovens) manufacturing, mechanical and electrical systems, instrumentation & electronics.• Willingness to work in manufacturing plant setting as needed• Strong technical and process troubleshooting and problem solving ability• Hands on physical experience with building products• Ability to troubleshoot test equipment using scientific problem solving methods. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:• Communication skills; team player; leadership ability; planning and organizing skills.• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite• Adherence to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures• Demonstrated track record of working safelySalary and benefits commensurate with experience.We are an equal opportunity employer.
