The candidate will perform laboratory assays using cellular biology and immunological techniques for the detection of neutralizing antibodies to protein therapeutics. The incumbent will perform assigned projects and work closely with peers to develop and validate assays to assess neutralizing antibody responses to therapeutic proteins. Work will be performed in accordance with current GLP requirements. Job responsibilities include assay support, maintaining compliance with all appropriate SOPs for laboratory work, data recording and laboratory equipment. Additional responsibilities may include participation in routine lab operations (lab maintenance, safety inspections, etc.), SOP drafting, method and equipment validations, reagent qualifications, and/or other duties. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 2 years relevant experience with cellular and immunochemical methods is required. A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related scientific discipline is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience as a self-starter, team worker, and capable of performing basic biological and immunological assays and related data analysis is required. Prior industry and/or GLP experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment is required.
