DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Agronomist Location Available:
Gackle, ND Position Summary: Typical duties include carrying out retail
sales, representing the cooperative while calling on current and
prospective customers, staying up to date on market and industry trends,
seeking opportunities to serve customers and building positive customer
relationships. Primary Responsibilities: * Prospect, build and maintain
positive working relationships with current and potential customers *
Increase sales of agronomy products and related items, making proper
recommendations and application of products sold, knowing prices of
products and services while maintaining market share * Develop regular
sales call strategies with both current accounts and potential prospects
* Possess and maintain knowledge of agronomy related products, programs
and attend new product updates and training programs * Ability to
respond professionally to common inquiries or complaints from sales
staff and other employees, customers, regulatory agencies, suppliers,
