They are seeking an Analytical Lab Manager - Gene Therapy
to join their team and to assist in the growth of the Gene Therapy
section. This multi-national biopharma company are currently expanding their molecular development capabilities and this role offers an opportunity for a Senior Scientist/Team Lead to put their Gene Therapy
knowledge and managerial experience to good practical use.****
**GMP INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL**
This is what you'll be doing:
Lead, develop and coach a team of scientists specialising in gene therapy
As the Quality Control Manager , you will oversee all budget and lab procurement responsibilities.
Ensure all testing is carried out with properly developed, validated and approved methods.
Work cross functionally with project management and production to support seasonal and periodic increases in workload.
A key member of the site leadership team.
The success candidate for the Analytical Lab Manager - Gene Therapy will be:
Degree, Masters or PhD educated in life sciences.
Extensive pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cell therapy or gene therapy
GMP
industry experience.
Quality Control leadership skills at Manager or Team Leader level.
