The candidate will have the opportunity to develop a diverse intellectual property practice. Should preferably have passed the Patent Bar exam and have some experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Must have a Ph.D. in a biology or chemistry related field as well as excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills and professional recommendations. Transactional and patent opinion/analysis support experience is a plus.
