The ideal candidate for this position is a recent graduate scientist or engineer with some work experience and a willingness to apply knowledge and skills to a variety of environmental assessment and remediation projects.Responsibilities will include analysis of existing information, performing field activities, collecting samples, calculations, interpreting results, and preparing basic date and scientific documents and reports for both public and private sector customers. The work may include environmental site assessments, environmental compliance audits, soil and groundwater sampling, remedial investigations, and HazMat (asbestos, lead paint, PCB) surveys.
