The Irving, Texas office has an immediate opening for a Geologist or Environmental Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience with a broad portfolio of environmental projects.
We are seeking motivated and organized individuals who can assist the Project Manager in the stewardship and execution of multiple compliance, assessment and remediation projects.
Responsibilities include coordinating and executing high level field activities, authoring technical reports, communicating with client representatives, helping develop project budgets and schedules, training and developing junior professionals, driving quality execution and proactively progressing projects toward regulatory closure.
Qualified candidates should possess:
3 - 6 years of related environmental consulting experience
Working knowledge of applicable TX state laws and regulations
Certifications or registrations as required by profession
Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to work in a team environment
The position requires strong attention to detail in order to ensure compliance with relevant state/federal regulations and client specific requirements.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working on environmental projects and a strong technical background in geology or engineering.
Education:
B.S. degree in geology, engineering or the sciences. OSHA 40HR HAZWOPER training is also a requirement. EIT licenses are a plus.
