This Director of Surgical / Perioperative Services reports to an energetic, positive CNO, and will be responsible for directing the operational complexities and clinical aspects for all Perioperative Services units.
This Director has a full range of responsibilities including financial, operational, managing human resources, and clinical components. Also, will provide input into strategic planning, developing and implementing tactical plans, and assessing and directing the allocation of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, but prefer Master's Degree.
- Registerend Nurse.
- Requires clinical OR experience with 3-4 years Director level management experience.
