Job Purpose:
In a lead capacity as part of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s Direct-to-Consumer Analytics department within our Consumer Experience Unit , utilize data and analytical ability to find and interpret rich data sources; manage large amounts of data despite hardware, software, and bandwidth constraints; merge data sources; ensure consistency of datasets; create visualizations to aid in understanding data; build mathematical models using the data; present and communicate the data insights/findings; mentor data scientist development candidates and manage data science interns; and identify new use cases to apply advanced analytics to add value.
Job Requirements:
MS in Statistics or Data Science and 4 years of progressive data science experience in a financial service setting. As part of the 4 years of progressive data science experience the individual must have:
4 years experience in model design, model building, model tuning, model implementation, model testing, model evaluation, and model selection, including compound models that combine classification, regression, and financial models using GLMs, XGBoost, and R;
4 years experience in data wrangling, data engineering, developing extract transform and load (ETL), and analyzing large data using Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, and R;
2 years experience in data wrangling, data engineering, developing extract transform and load (ETL), and analyzing large data using Hadoop, Hive and Databricks;
1 years experience in data wrangling, data engineering, developing extract transform and load (ETL), and analyzing large data using Snowflake;
4 years experience in documenting model metrics including data inputs, assumptions, calculations, performance metrics, and use of model outputs using Microsoft Office, Azure, and Trello;
4 years experience in creating tools to track, identify, and document high-risk areas inherent in the model using Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, Trello, and R; and
Passed at least 2 Chartered Financial Analyst exams and at least 1 Financial Risk Manager exam

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$103,200.00 - $154,800.00
