We are currently looking for a Scientific Associate who will apply advanced scientific theories, principles and concepts to formulate and assist with a scale up and launch of a broad range of new products with particular focus in the epoxy based adhesives and plastisol sealants.
What we offer

Make technical presentations at customer meetings and conferences.
Collaborate with suppliers and research institutions to develop new technologies
Provide technical support to manufacturing, business, and quality teams ','!*!Who we are looking for
Ph.D or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant technical field with 3 years of Industry experience in adhesives and formulation required. Will also consider a BS with 8 years of industry experience.
Experience in development of adhesives based on epoxy technology required.
Experience with structural tapes is a plus.
Knowledge and experience with DOE or other experiment designing tools.
Experience developing and production scale up of adhesives/ sealants required.
Strong focus on safety and quality of work.
Excellent verbal and presentation skills with experience at presenting to top management, customers and public groups.
Excellent problem solving skills.
