Title : Statistical Analyst Location : Olathe, KS; Portland, OR; Austin, TX Terms: Full Time Responsibilities: Provide ad-hoc and recurring analyses to multiple levels of leadership in a contact center organization. Working with business partners, analysis needs are discussed and outlined. Data is collected by joining from multiple sources, extracted and manipulated. Data is extracted directly from relational databases using SQL code (MS SQL Server, IBM DB2) as well as flat file sources. This data is used to perform various data analysis techniques in order to provide business insight and answer business questions. This is done using statistical software (R, JMP, SAS Enterprise Guide, Excel) and advanced analysis techniques (Generalized linear regression, t-tests, chi-squared tests, ANOVA, Random Forrest, Decision Trees etc.) Conclusions and recommendations are derived to provide business insights and answer specific business questions. These findings are summarized into a report (MS PowerPoint) and presented verbally and in writing to a non-technical executive audience. Skills/Experience Required: Candidates with Statistical Analysis, call center survey methodology Mathematical statisticians are a plus.
