Role / Title This position provides opportunities to lead packaging technology/development initiatives, driving innovation for Breakthrough technical and product platforms relevant across the NA Kraft Heinz portfolio. Project opportunities allow this individual to leverage their technical leadership through direct interaction with R&D; experts/peers, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Quality, Operations, Sales, finance and other cross-functional members. Key Components of the role Additional responsibilities to include: Identify ideas, scope and develop packaging solutions and technology enablers to be transitioned to BU for ultimate commercialization Translate consumer insights into relevant packaging design Conduct, coordinate functional testing including plant trials, lab testing, shelf life studies Collaborate with business teams to execute innovation platforms and aid in scoping and facilitating new business opportunities Lead/support project teams as a technical resource Technical project leader managing the technical timeline, providing timely communication, outlining issues, risks and contingency plans. Must be able to handle multiple projects.
