Profile

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Engility is recruiting for the Data Analysis and Assessment Center (DAAC) at the US Army Engineer Research & Development Center (ERDC)/ DoD Supercomputing Resource Center (DSRC), part of the DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP).
Work with HPCMP Users to support their scientific visualization and data analysis requirements.
Work in a Linux Environment.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have experience with software development on Linux and Unix, programming with C/C , compiling programs with CMake, scripting using languages such as Python or Perl.
Experience with the OpenGL API.
Experience performing scientific visualization using programs such as ParaView or EnSight.
The applicant needs to be able to write well, submit papers, and interface with the customer.
BS in STEM related discipline
5 years ‘ experience working in an HPC environment
Scientific Visualization experience
C/C
Scripting Language (Python, Perl, etc.)
Experience with one of the following: ParaView, VisIT, or EnSight
Ability to obtain a DoD clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
ParaView, VisIt, or EnSight
Cmake

VTK API

Java
Preferred Certification(s):
ITIL, RHCE, Agile
