Hi Tec Systems, Inc., a government defense contractor for over 20 years, is preparing to bid on a contract for the FAA - Engineering Services (ES) - Safety and Technical Training Support Services. A key need for this proposal is an experienced Data Integrator Specialist - Prefer to have FAA experience. This contract will support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA’s) Air Traffic Organization, Safety & Technical Training with a broad range of support services necessary to meet the FAA’s goal of increased safety and constantly improving performance. The FAA will meet this challenge by developing new systems to collect and analyze safety data trends, anomalies, and other information on which to base initiatives to help the FAA increase capacity in the National Airspace System (NAS) while constantly increasing safety to NAS users. The Data Integrator Specialist will provide specialized technical support to Safety and Technical Training (AJI) as part of a technical team with data systems experts, scientists, air traffic specialists, airway transportation system specialists, pilots, psychologists, engineers and other technical categories that can provide specialized support for activities such as fatigue studies and assessments; quality assurance reviews; risk management panels; safety assessments; and air traffic operational issues including software and hardware support. Develop Business Objects Reports and Dashboards using SAP Web Intelligence, Webi Rich Client, and Dashboard Designer (formerly Xcelsius) Assist with identifying new technologies to improve service delivery such as dashboard technologies, including Tableau, Technology demonstrations. Under the Data Management Support task, the Data Integrator Specialist will Maintain documentation relating to data fix and Visual Data Models (VDD) and a data dictionary. Create and maintain data model scripts. Automate organizational activities (Risk Analysis Process (RAP), Simplified Program Information Reporting and Evaluation (SPIRE), Safety Risk Management and the Event Response Group) through ColdFusion, SharePoint, JQuery, ORACLE, JavaScript, and VB development. EtQ reliance server administration and development (Safety Management Tracking System (SMTS), Audits and Assessments). Develop in SAP Data Services for repeatable, auditable, and visible ETL Review PHP hypertext preprocessor, jQuery, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Oracle code in CEDAR to help establish data links and develop of Business Objects Universes and data integration. Maintain IT requirements and security documentation for all VSRP programs (to include expansion within the ATO and FCTs. Provide program documentation and process flows for system corrective action and comprehensive safety data integration. Under the Hardware and Software Support Task, the Data Integrator Specialist will develop and maintain offsite server center for CISP and maintain offsite server center for VSRP (utilizing existing VSRP dedicated servers). The specialist will also ensure at a minimum access to the following software support for performing tasks under the contract: Microsoft Programming (.NET, WCF, WPF, WinForms, etc,); Oracle 12c; Web Services (e.g., WSDL); XML (related include, SOAP and UDDI); Visual Studio 2008; PHP; Adobe Cold Fusion’ MySQL; EtQ Reliance; SAP Business Objects; JQuery; JavaScript; CSS.
